Data and purpose
The contact form collects your name, email and message, plus any optional phone, company, role, city and project information you provide. We also record the time of submission and your acknowledgement of this notice. We use these data to assess and respond to your enquiry, and to manage any resulting relationship. Do not include sensitive data or information about other people that is unnecessary for the enquiry.
Legal basis and required fields
Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where you contact us on behalf of an organisation, our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries applies (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal obligations may apply to a subsequent assignment. Name, email and message are necessary to handle the request through the form; other fields are optional. The checkbox records that you have read this notice and does not subscribe you to marketing.
How the service works and recipients
The request is stored in a database, a notification is sent to commerciale@totalworkshop.it and a receipt confirmation is attempted to the address you provide. Authorised personnel and technical providers involved in hosting, database and email services may process the data for these purposes. The website uses Lovable hosting, a Supabase database and Resend for transactional email. Email messages are also handled by the relevant mailbox providers. Data are not published or sold.
International processing
Technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable contractual safeguards and transfer arrangements govern that processing. You can request information about the providers and safeguards used for your request by contacting the data controller.
Retention
We retain enquiries for the period needed to assess and handle them and to manage the resulting relationship. Where an assignment follows, contractual, accounting and statutory retention obligations apply. Enquiries that no longer serve those purposes are reviewed for erasure, subject to any need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interest by writing to info@totalworkshop.it. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or the competent supervisory authority. The form does not carry out automated decisions or profiling.
Browsing and external links
The hosting infrastructure processes technical request data to deliver and protect the website. Fonts are served with the website. Maps and WhatsApp open only when you follow their links and are governed by those services’ notices. See the Cookie Policy for browser storage details.
