How to start
Design and facility support in practice
Design development and coordination, with defined disciplines and professional responsibilities. Technical planning and coordination of maintenance on existing buildings, also as a separate assignment: activities and frequency are agreed for each property. Ongoing services and on-call availability require an explicit agreement.
