Situation
Fast-growing retail chain: many openings in tight timeframes, format standards and suppliers to keep aligned across Italy.
Intervention
Operational direction as General Contractor for store openings: planning, supplier coordination, cost, variation and milestone control.
Result
Over 20 openings as General Contractor across Italy, with format standards maintained project by project.

Residential refurbishment programme

Situation
Refurbishment programme of a residential portfolio managed within a consortium, with several sites active in parallel and different interlocutors.
Intervention
Operational and technical-administrative management of the works, in synergy with consortium partners: contractor coordination, progress control, documentation.
Result
Over €180M of residential works coordinated and 3,500 units involved in refurbishment programmes managed within a consortium.

Value of works managed, not turnover; not direct contracts nor works carried out in-house.

Situation
Multiple sites from different clients to be followed on the technical, safety and liability side, with a consistent method.
Intervention
Technical activity for companies: works supervision, safety coordination, sworn statements, quantity surveys, cost and progress control.
Result
Works overseen worth over €2.5M overall (value of works followed, not turnover), with costs and progress under control.
