What we define
Included and excluded works, interfaces with designers and direct supplies, schedule, responsibilities, variations and handover conditions.
What you receive
A proposal with scope and exclusions; an agreed programme; recorded progress and variations; closing documentation specified in the assignment.
Separate roles
The General Contractor does not automatically replace the designer, site supervision or safety coordinators. Qualifications and appointments are verified and formalised for each project.
