Total Workshop supports clients and partners in the construction, refurbishment and upgrading of properties. For each engagement, we define the works, responsibilities, supply chain and handover before taking responsibility for the construction scope.

Separate roles
The General Contractor does not automatically replace the designer, site supervision or safety coordinators. Qualifications and appointments are verified and formalised for each project.
