This experience involved managing projects within a multi-party organisation, working alongside a partner. It underpins our Project Office approach: supporting those responsible for delivery, with defined activities and responsibilities.
The figure refers to homes covered by the projects we supported, not the number of construction sites or homes built directly by Total Workshop.
